My Accomplishments

During my term at Vice-Mayor and Mayor, I am proud to have accompished:

Ensured strategic instrastructure planning and implemented sound fiscal policies

Roseville became the first Purple Heart City in Placer County

Arrival of Bosch

Ground-breaking of long field sports complex

Roseville earned the Pro-housing designation qualifying us for priority in state funding of affordable housing projects

Secured federal funding for Blue Oaks traffic bottleneck project

Paid down pension liability

 

During my next term as a Roseville City Council Member, I plan to:

Champion Economic Growth

I will continue to work advance Roseville’s position as an economic leader and maintain the support of both small businesses and world renowned companies at the highest level

 

Maintain Sound Fiscal Planning

Ensure Roseville remains fiscally sound by maintaining strategic reserves, advancing job growth incubators, and advancing sports tourism

 

Keep Taxes Low

I will continue to seek non-tax revenue for projects like the Blue Oaks Bridge widening where we secured $3.2 million in Federal funding for the Blue Oaks widening

 

Invest In Well-planned Infrastructure 

Invest in both our older neighborhoods and growth areas, prepare for the next drought, rehabilitate older parks and commercial corridors, and complete the long-field sports complex that will provide a new source of non-tax revenue for the City.

 

Maintain Public Safety Throughout the City

With a focus on projects like the completion of Fire Station 8 and staffing of a new police beat west of Fiddyment Road, I will continue to ensure our public safety needs match the demands of our growing community in all areas.

 

Fix Traffic Congestion

I will prioritize traffic congestion relief projects like the East Roseville Parkway extension and fix bottlenecks on Highway 65 that spillover onto Roseville roads.

 

Maintain A Safe and Healthy Community

I will advance practical solutions that reduce the incidence of homelessness while increasing affordable housing in the City.
